The
Kids X-Pressions, Inc. is a nonprofit,
public benefit corporation organized
exclusively for
charitable, educational and literary purposes.
The
organization was created:
to develop radio, television and Internet programs for students to
creatively express themselves through musical compositions,
performances, films, television, and radio shows.
Providing:
educational coaching, guidance,
contacts, materials and resources for children; and access to recording
and visual production studios and the related materials for inspiring
such productions.
Through our guidance: with musical and artistic projects, the youth of
today will address social, economic and political issues they encounter
in their lives, and in the process, learn and teach each other.
In
addition:
The Kids X-Pressions, Inc. intends to contribute a
percentage of their revenue benefits to other children’s organizations
such as UNICEF, UNESCO,
Friends of the UN, and others.
These activities qualify for exempt status under
Section 501(c)(3) of the
Internal Revenue code. For
